If you no longer wish to use your Senjalan account, you may contact Senjalan to request account closure. Before an account can be closed, Senjalan may need to review whether there are any outstanding matters associated with it.
These may include:
a) Active or upcoming bookings
b) Pending payments
c) Refunds in progress
d) Claims or disputes
e) Other unresolved service-related matters
Certain information may also need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes. Account closure therefore does not necessarily mean that all information can be immediately deleted.
