When requesting a cancellation, provide your booking reference and the service you wish to cancel so the applicable conditions can be reviewed. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the booking is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation eligibility, charges and refund amounts depend on factors such as the service booked, timing of the cancellation, booking conditions and relevant service provider policies. Some confirmed services may already involve non-refundable costs.
