The information that can be changed depends on the service you have booked and how far the booking has already been processed.
Changes may include your travel date, service time, participant information, pickup arrangements or other service details where permitted. Certain details may become restricted once reservations, tickets, transportation, accommodation or other third-party arrangements have been confirmed.
Some changes may also be treated as a cancellation and new booking if the original service cannot be amended. Before making new arrangements yourself, contact Senjalan to check whether your existing booking can be modified.
