A booking change does not always result in an additional charge. However, costs may apply depending on the requested change.
These may include:
a) Difference in service price
b) Different travel or service date rates
c) Additional participants or services
d) Amendment or administrative charges
e) Charges imposed by a third-party service provider
f) Non-refundable amounts already committed to the original booking
If the revised arrangement costs more than the original booking, you may be required to pay the difference before the change can be confirmed. Where the revised arrangement costs less, any applicable adjustment will depend on the booking conditions and amounts already committed or paid to service providers.
