Users are responsible for traffic-related offences incurred through their use of the rental vehicle during the rental period. This may include traffic fines, parking fines, summonses, toll violations and other penalties arising from breaches of applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
If Senjalan receives a notice relating to your rental vehicle, relevant rental or driver information may be provided to the appropriate authorities where legally required. Applicable fines, penalties, administrative fees, processing charges or other related costs may also be charged to the user.
Where possible, inform Senjalan promptly if you become aware of a traffic offence during your rental so the matter can be addressed accordingly.
