Do not arrange repairs or make agreements with another party without first informing Senjalan unless immediate action is required for safety or by the relevant authorities.
Users may be required to provide relevant information, photographs, reports or supporting documents relating to the incident. Responsibility for damage and the amount payable will depend on the circumstances, vehicle, applicable protection arrangement and Senjalan Car Rental Terms & Conditions.
