Prohibited or restricted activity may include:
a) Providing false or misleading information
b) Misusing another person's identity or account
c) Attempting fraudulent bookings or payments
d) Using services for unlawful purposes
e) Interfering with the operation or security of the platform
f) Misusing promotional offers
g) Harassing or threatening Senjalan personnel, partners or service providers
h) Damaging or misusing vehicles, property or equipment
i) Violating applicable laws, service rules or Terms & Conditions
Senjalan may take appropriate action where misuse, fraud, safety concerns or violations of applicable terms are identified. Actions taken will depend on the circumstances and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
