Where a booking is eligible for a refund, the refundable amount will be determined based on the applicable booking conditions.
The calculation may take into account:
Amount paid − applicable cancellation charges − non-refundable components − applicable fees
= eligible refund amount
Depending on the booking, non-refundable components may include services or arrangements that have already been confirmed, issued, used or paid to a third-party provider. If only part of a booking is cancelled, the refund may apply only to the eligible unused portion.
Senjalan will communicate the applicable refund amount after the relevant booking and payment information has been reviewed.
