A security deposit may be required when renting a vehicle with Senjalan. The applicable deposit depends on the vehicle segment.
The applicable amount will be communicated as part of your rental arrangement. The security deposit may be used to cover outstanding amounts relating to the rental, including eligible damage, traffic fines, penalties, additional charges or other amounts payable under the rental Terms & Conditions.
Subject to any applicable deductions or pending matters, the security deposit is generally processed for refund within 7 working days after the vehicle is returned.
