Tours and activities may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside normal control. These may include weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, insufficient participant numbers, attraction closures or other unforeseen circumstances.
If Senjalan is informed that a confirmed tour or activity cannot operate as planned, we will communicate the available information and applicable options based on the circumstances and service provider's policy. Depending on the booking conditions, available options may include rescheduling, an alternative arrangement or an eligible refund.
Any alternative or refund will be subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions and the policies of the relevant service provider.
