Rental vehicles must be returned at the date and time confirmed in your booking. If you expect to be late, contact Senjalan as soon as possible and request an extension where available.
For late returns without an approved extension, an additional charges per hour may apply. Where the late return exceeds 5 hours, Senjalan may charge an additional full rental day instead of the hourly late return charge, subject to the applicable rental Terms & Conditions.
Returning your vehicle on time is important because it may be scheduled for another customer after your rental.
