If you need your rental vehicle for longer than originally booked, contact Senjalan at least 1 hour before your scheduled return time to request an extension. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from Senjalan. Additional rental charges will apply based on the approved extension. Do not assume that an extension has been approved simply because the vehicle has not yet been returned.
For an unapproved late return, applicable late return charges may be imposed. Where the delay exceeds the applicable threshold, the rental may be charged as an additional rental day according to the Terms & Conditions. Contact Senjalan as early as possible if your travel plans change.
