If Senjalan is informed of a significant change affecting your confirmed booking, we will communicate the available information and applicable options based on the service provider's policy. Depending on the circumstances and ticket conditions, available options may include a revised visit arrangement, alternative solution or eligible refund.
Any refund or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable booking conditions and service provider's policy.
